Let's talk about WATER.

Dr. Cameron Bearder

Its summer 😃, its HOT🔥, we sweat, and its miserable for some. Sweating is actually an incredibly important mechanism needed to keep our body COOL to prevent overheating. While this is a natural process, the loss of fluids from sweating MUST be replenished! If dehydration sets in, buckle up for some whole body angry-ness, in the form of fatigue, headaches, and/or muscle spasm, just to name a few.

The current recommendations for MINIMUM H20 intake hover around 1/2 your body weight in ounces (i.e. 100lbs = 50 oz). However, if you have a Heart Condition, this recommendation can change and your Medical Doctor MUST be consulted.

To put it plainly ... DRINK UP!
