Still dealing with headaches or migraine
that never fully clear ... especially with
neck pain or stiffness?

A focused, upper neck–based approach to headaches and migraine
for people who’ve already tried the usual routes and still don’t feel right.

Is it your neck?

If several of these sound familiar, your neck may be playing a bigger role in your headaches
than you’ve been told.

Pain that starts in your neck and radiates toward your head, eye, or face

Headaches that worsen with neck movement, posture, or looking down

Neck stiffness or feeling like your neck is “stuck” or restricted

Symptoms that ease at least a little when you lie down or support your neck

Headaches or neck pain that started or worsened after a car crash, fall, or sports injury

One-sided pain that tends to stay on the same side

If you mentally checked a few of these, your pattern is very similar to the patients we see for cervicogenic headache and neck-related migraine.

Why your neck matters

Shared wiring:

The top neck joints (C1-C2) share nerve connections with structures that carry head and face pain, so irritation in the neck can feel like migraine or facial pain.

Position sense:

Tight or irritated neck joints can distort how your brain senses head position, which can trigger or worsen headaches and visual sensitivity.

Everyday strain:

Screens, driving, and past injuries can slowly load the upper neck until symptoms show up as headache, neck pain, or both.

A targeted upper neck evaluation let's us see whether this is what's actually happening in your case.

What we do differently at Keystone

We combine advanced upper cervical imaging, detailed neck movement assessments, and neuro-visual tests to determine the source of the issues.

Cone Beam CT Imaging

3D imaging of the upper neck to assess joint alignment that standard imaging can miss, relevant when previous imaging comes back "normal," yet headaches persist.

NeckCare

Measures how accurately and smoothly your neck moves, so we can see whether mechanical issues are creating movement ones, feeding your chronic headaches.

RightEye

Eye-tracking that shows how well your eyes and neck are working together. Problems here often line up with headaches, visual strain issues, and motion sensitivity.

Together, these tests help us move from "maybe it's my neck" to a clear picture of whether the neck is the primary driver of your symptoms.

Patients come to Keystone after trying multiple providers and “normal” scans.
Our goal is to finally explain why the headaches are there and what can realistically change.

Is the Discovery Call a good fit for you?

Who we help best

  • Ongoing headaches or migraine for 3+months, with neck issues or visual symptoms

  • Have already tried 2-3 treatment approaches (neurology, ENT, PT, chiropractic, etc.), with limited relief

  • Ages 21-63, who want answers and a clear plan

What happens on the call

  1. History review: covering your symptoms, injuries, and what you've already tried

  2. Neck pattern check: We'll discuss whether your story matches the upper neck patterns we see most often.

  3. Next steps: If it sounds like a match, we'll outline what an evaluation looks like (including cost). If not, we'll tell you directly.

This is a genuine consultation, not a sales script. The goal is clarity and a realistic next step, whether that's with Keystone or elsewhere.
